Vegetables are Taking Over in MidTown!

The Whitney recently launched its latest Chef’s Tasting Menu back in the beginning of March, but what’s different about this tasting menu is that it is catered towards Vegetarians and Vegans. Everything from Roasted Vegetable Terrine wrapped in Basil with 25 Year Old Balsamic Vinegar to Braised Turnip with Golden Raisin, Vegetable Strewn Quinoa with Red Wine Reduction is offered and served in the iconic mansion and complimented with extraordinary service.
